DiscoTraffic.com reserves the right to update and change these terms and conditions of use at any time without prior notice. These rules are the terms and conditions of membership. By opening an account and by use of our service, you agree to be bound by them.

As a Member of DiscoTraffic.com, I am free to terminate my association with DiscoTraffic.com at any time for any reason.

I agree that my submitted email address must NOT have an auto-responder, non-existent email account or bounce. I further understand that should emails sent to me bounce, I accept I will likely have my account deleted and lose any credits I may have earned.

I agree to receive email promotions, newsletters or special announcements from the Administrators of DiscoTraffic.com from time to time. I understand that the Administrators will not abuse this and emails will be kept to a minimum. Should I happen to feel that they are emailing too often, I agree to contact Disco Traffic via a support ticket or email.

I agree that I WILL NOT put any sites that are at all Pornographic in nature on the Disco Traffic site. I also understand that doing so will result in my Membership with Disco Traffic being terminated without warning, which will result in the loss of any and all credits I may have accumulated. If in doubt of the 'acceptability' of a site, I will contact the Administrators prior to submitting it.

Additional Terms of Use Information

Note: DiscoTraffic.com does not promote spam in any form and if you are found to be spamming any of our links, we will delete your advertisement(s) and disable your account.

Note: All sites must be in English (web pages submitted must be at least 90% in the English language). Any pages that are not may be deleted from the surf system.

In the interest of smooth and enjoyable surfing for all, sites submitted must not generate any popups or popunders. Sites submitted must not break the surfing frame.

DiscoTraffic.com is not liable in any way to/for any traffic you may or may not receive to your site. In addition, by letting you show your advertisement(s), DiscoTraffic.com makes no promises, and is not affiliated with your site; and thus can not be included in the event of any legalities or lawsuits that your advertisement(s) may encounter.

Disco Traffic does not tolerate cheating, if we find that you are cheating in anyway, we will terminate your account. An example of this would be the use of any software that automatically increases your credits.

Disco Traffic reserves the right to refuse any advertisement and/or website that we feel is inappropriate.

Disco Traffic may at any time, for any reason deemed necessary, pause or delete your advertisement(s). Though we hope this will never happen, we reserve the right to do so.

Privacy Policy

The personal information that you give will be used for the purpose of communicating with you as needed concerning your member account and as outlined above. The Administrators of Disco Traffic will not give out to any third party any of your submitted personal information for any reason, with the exception of an event or a legal situation where the information is required by law to protect DiscoTraffic.com and others.

Surf Activity Terms

Free Members will be required to surf at least 25 sites every 60 days or your sites, banners and textlinks will be paused. Upgraded Members are not affected by this, but it would be appreciated if you did surf at least 25 sites every 60 days. Thank you.

Disco Traffic reserves the right to terminate a member's account if no activity has occurred for six (6) consecutive months. Any existing credits or referrals in said account will be forfeited.
